We collect as little data as possible. You don’t need an account to use Casino Loco and we don’t ask for personal details.

Who we are

Casino Loco is operated by Matching Visions Limited, a Maltese limited liability company with registration number C 79010, at Level 6, St. Julian’s Business Centre, Elija Zammit Street, St. Julian’s, STJ 3153, Malta. What we collect

• Usage statistics (only if you accept): if you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are visited, from which approximate country and device, and which casino links are clicked. Google Analytics does not store your full IP address.
• Preferences in your browser: we store your language (cl_lang) and your cookie choice (cl_consent) in your browser’s local storage. This never leaves your device.
• Technical logs: our hosting provider (Vercel) processes technical data such as IP addresses to serve the site securely.

Cookies we use

Google Analytics cookies are only set if you click “Accept”. You can change your choice any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer; if you reject them, we delete them.

Links to casinos

When you click a casino link you pass through a redirect page (/go/…) to the casino’s site, which has its own privacy policy and cookies. If you sign up, the casino may know you came from Casino Loco so it can pay us a commission.

Who we share data with

• Google (Google Analytics), only with your consent. Google may process data outside the EU under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
• Vercel, our hosting provider.

We don’t sell your data.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time. Email us at [email protected]. You can also complain to Malta’s data protection authority, the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC), or to the authority in your country.
