  • Lucky Block has shown a Curaçao licence (2025), an Anjouan seal (April 2026) and a Tobique licence shown only to some countries (mid-2026). The two Costa Rican companies named are on Tobique’s licence list, but the list doesn’t confirm which domain they cover.
  • The licence shown on the site has changed several times in 2026 and differs by country; the most recent pages we could read showed no licence or operator at all.
  • Visitors from blocked countries are shown a VPN notice and pointed to Lucky Block’s Telegram casino. Using a VPN to get round a block breaks its terms — we don’t recommend it.
